What are cable ties used for ？
The wire harness is the "nervous system" of automobiles. The design of fixing automobile harnesses is a very important item in the design of harness layout, and the tie is a very important and most used fastener.
The main function of a harness tie is to integrate, fix and arrange the harness. Although the harness tie products are small, their importance cannot be ignored. They will fasten the harness together and firmly fix it in the metal plate hole, bolt, steel plate and other positions to prevent the harness from being damaged by scattering, displacement, vibration, or wear with other parts, which will affect the driving safety.
The material is mainly polyamide (PA66). The quality of the harness tie is not good, and it is loose or broken during use.
